About Sierra at Scottsdale

Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, Sierra at Scottsdale Outpatient Mental Health Care provides treatment for adults who are suffering from mental health disorders, the effects of trauma, eating disorders and co-occurring addiction concerns. We offer partial hospitalization programming five days a week for 5 1/2 hours each day and intensive outpatient programming four days a week for three hours each day. Our outpatient treatment center spans nearly 4,000 square feet, housing separate therapy offices and large group therapy spaces. Our staff utilizes a number of evidence-based treatment methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Clients participating in either of our programs may receive both individual and group therapy as they learn to manage their symptoms and develop coping skills that can help them be successful long after their time in treatment has come to an end.
