About Asheville Comprehensive Treatment Center

Located in Asheville, North Carolina, Asheville Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a leading provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals age 18 and older who are battling opioid addictions. MAT incorporates counseling and medication to provide patients with a comprehensive treatment experience. Historically, methadone clinics usually only offered one medication. At Asheville CTC, patients can receive a prescription for buprenorphine, methadone, or Suboxone. While taking these FDA-approved medications has proved beneficial to a person’s recovery, our treatment center also offers individual and group therapies to complement the use of medication. These counseling sessions give patients a chance to process their individual experiences, examine possible reasons why they began using, and learn the skills necessary for achieving lasting recovery.
