Learn how you can respond to the harms of opioid addiction today!

The Opioid Crisis has claimed the lives of over 400,000 Americans, nearly the same amount of casualties as World War II. The similarities don’t stop there. Like WWII, the Opioid Crisis is an existential threat to the American way of life. It has impacted families in a way that is blind to status, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or any other classification. It has ravaged communities, large and small. And if you’re reading this, you probably already know the costs, because the Crisis has impacted you or a loved one.

Purdue Pharma and its owners, the Sackler family, played a particularly nasty role in creating the Opioid Crisis. Purdue manufactures, promotes, sells, and distributes opioids such as OxyContin, MS Contin, Dilaudid/Dilaudid HP, Butrans, Hysingla ER, and Targiniq ER. When OxyContin was approved in 1995, Purdue celebrated the launch of the drug, boasting that it would be “followed by a blizzard of prescriptions that will bury the competition. The prescription blizzard will be so deep, dense and white.” Purdue lived up to every word of that forecast. It marketed OxyContin to doctors and patients as being less addictive than other opioids, a claim without any scientific merit.

The time has come to stop the Opioid Crisis. The only way to do it is to wage war against the corrupt industry that created, prolonged and exacerbated it. Although Purdue Pharma has filed bankruptcy, it cannot escape liability for the damage it has caused. If you or a loved one have been prescribed OxyContin or the other opioids listed above and now suffer from opioid addiction (or worse, if you’ve lost a spouse, child, parent, job, custody, or good health), you or your loved one may have a claim against Purdue and be entitled to monetary damages.

Please visit www.opioidinjuryclaims.com and provide us with some basic information. That way, we can let you know if you are eligible to money damages. See how we can help you today.

    Hello,
I have watched all kinds of shady, underhanded, and what I believe to be criminal behavior all under the banner of advocacy. This looks like a commercial for a product ( in this case legal services) to me so please .forgive my concern, but let me ask:
Assuming you aren’t full of crap, what makes you think your initiative will be different than any of the others?
Have you studied any of the hundreds ( if not thousands) of “Opioid Epidemic’ non-profits, advocacy groups( pardon me whilst I sigh for a second, because the last thing that ANYONE is doing is advocating for anyone in Recovery) or Government agencies before you?

I dont know why I bother asking these but:

Maybe if any of you actually gave a shit we would at least be moving in the direction of a solution

If Big Pharma created this Epidemic who created the Crack Epidemic??? Alcoholic epidemic, PCP, Marijuana, and so on and so on…

It seems like “we the people” have a problem larger than Big Pharma

We make up less than 5% of the world population yet we consume 80% of the world’s opiate supply. In fact, we few consume 2/3 of the world’s illegal drugs altogether.

Drug addiction is part of our National Identity
And now, we push a very false view of the Recovery Community

    • I’m addicted to heroin and cocaine I enjoy cocaine more I’m on methadone but can’t seem to stop getting heroin even though I’m not getting high I mix heroin and cocaine and sniff it I’m so depressed I spend all my money even though I say I won’t I still do I don’t understand

  3. I am a recovering addict. I lost my sister to a herion overdose 3 years ago. She was 34yrs old when she died and her I both were prescribed opiates (Percocet and Vicodin) when we were in our early twenties. We went to a doctor that even called himself a “quack”. He pushed opiates on every single patient he had back then. Eventually, his practice was fined and then shut down. His license to practice was taken for a specific amount of years but he still walks free and even has millions in his bank accounts. This one doctor alone has taken part in starting many peoples addictions. My entire generation is dead or strung out on drugs, living in the streets not knowing where they’ll get their next meal. I am attending college for social work with a goal to become a druv counselor and eventually open my own shelter/rehab for addicts still struggling. I want to share my story to as many people as possible to show them that we do recover! We can fight this battle together, no one has to be alone in this. I want to help stop addicts from dying. I want familes to get their children back, their mothers and father’s back, sisters, brothers and friends back to living a normal, happy, successful life!
