Our Commitment to Privacy

Our Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine quality products and services with integrity in dealing with our customers. No Members Under the Age of 14.

No person under the age of fourteen (14) years old is permitted to join the site. We will not knowingly permit any one under the age of fourteen to join the site nor will we knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of fourteen. Any member who suspects another member may be under the age of fourteen should email us at admin@intherooms.com. If we learn that we have personal information relating to someone who is not at least 14 years of age, we will delete that information from our systems and immediately disable the account associated with that information.

What Information Do We Collect?

Use of the Site requires that you create an account with our Site. The process of creating an account requires that you provide us with certain information, referred to herein as “Account Data”. Account Data shall include your functioning email address, birth date, desired member name, password and any other information you may choose to provide in connection with the creation of your account profile. During sign-up and thereafter, we may also require and/or collect your IP address(es), referring website information, Internet browser used to access the Site, country, zip code, gender and/or other data regarding search history, browsing history, and registration and user history (collectively, “Passive Information”). How is This Information Used?

Account Data is used for customer support, to convey messages regarding your membership with the Site and other matters related to the use of you account. We may use the Account Information and/or Passive Information to contact you about changes to the Site, new services, features or products we offer, or other information we think you may find valuable. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) days for the change to be fully effective. Please note we will never send you an email directly or through our marketing partners without your consent. How Do We Secure Account Information and Passive Information?

We secure your personal information submitted by you by using reasonable technical efforts to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, or accidental loss or destruction of Account Information and Passive Information.
