About Sierra at Southlake

Sierra at Southlake Outpatient Care offers structured programming for adults who are struggling with mental health disorders, eating disorders, the effects of trauma and co-occurring addictions. Conveniently located in Southlake, Texas, Sierra at Southlake has a partial hospitalization program and an intensive outpatient program, both of which provide clients with individualized treatment plans that we tailor to meet their identified needs. Group therapy is central to treatment in our programs, offering clients opportunities to discuss topics such as abandonment and attachment, goal setting, coping skills, emotion regulation, recovery and family systems. Medication management services are also available for clients who need to meet with a psychiatrist to monitor the effects of their medications. Our mission is to provide a safe place for emotional, physical and spiritual healing where clients work with a collaborative community of professionals who offer insight, understanding and empowerment that can lead to positive change.
